“Architecture that is a blessing on the landscape, not a blight” - Lew Oliver’s words, and our commitment to harmonize with the beauty and vitality of our natural surroundings. We celebrate every hill, pond, stream, and mountain peak, strategically placing buildings and public spaces to preserve the wilderness. Our homes, thoughtfully designed, become personal sanctuaries where residents can connect with nature’s energy from their rooftops, balconies, porches, and courtyards. We’re not just building homes – we’re crafting a lifestyle in tune with nature.
Burton is a place full of wonder. With over 60 miles of shoreline, Lake Burton is one of the most beautiful lakes in Georgia. Days here are spent making a splash at the natural waterslide known as Sliding Rock, exercising on kayaks or paddleboards, tubing down Wildcat Creek, fishing for trout or bass in one of our 3 ponds or mile of private trout stream shoreline.
Tucked between forested ridgelines of the Chattahoochee National Forest and the quiet shimmer of Lake Burton, Burton is where families rediscover the joy of being together — unhurried, immersed, and surrounded by beauty. Here, luxury is not about excess, but about space: space to roam wooded trails, paddle across calm water, and let children explore freely while adults sink into the ease of the setting. The landscape becomes the itinerary — hiking to hidden overlooks, fishing quiet coves, or simply watching the light shift across the lake from a porch made for lingering.
And Just Beyond
We doubt you’ll ever want to leave, and we welcome you to stay for a moment or a lifetime. Just beyond the valley of our homes and our amenities accessible on foot, you’ll find a whole world of incredible local restaurants, activities for the entire family, and abundant history and culture across the North Georgia Mountains to enjoy.
Our concierge services are happy to help coordinate in-home chef dinners, fishing excursions, family camp fires, or other group adventures.
